Privacy notice

We process your account email, sign-in details, household memberships, financial records and uploaded documents to provide your finance inventory. Members you invite can view and edit the household's shared records and documents. Only share with people you trust.

Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage. Cloudflare hosts the app. OpenAI provides optional AI document processing and Resend delivers reminder emails. When you choose to read a document with AI, the file is sent to OpenAI. Extraction requests set the provider's store option to false; this is not a promise that every service retains no operational data. Avoid uploading unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information unrelated to your finance record. Review extracted values before saving.

Market-data lookups send the holding symbol or fund code to Yahoo Finance or MFAPI. They do not send your name, household or account balances. Email reminders are optional and use your verified account email, insurer, policy plan, due date and premium.

Your records are kept while your account and household remain active. Export records or delete your account in Settings. Deletion of an owner account deletes that owner's shared households. Original document objects are scheduled for cleanup after record deletion. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup retention period ends; contact us for retention details and privacy requests.

Browser storage keeps your sign-in session and installation preferences. Private query caches are cleared on account changes. Protect devices you share and sign out after use.

Terms of use

Ledger launches as a free finance inventory, insurance document vault and renewal organiser. It does not connect to your bank, move funds, renew policies, sell insurance or provide individualized financial advice. You remain responsible for confirming coverage, payments, valuations and due dates with the relevant provider.

The financial health score is an illustrative heuristic based on the figures you enter. Missing or duplicated records affect totals. Automatic prices cover supported INR instruments, can be delayed or unavailable, and are not trading quotes. Do not rely on reminders as your only renewal system.

Use the service only for data you are authorized to store. Do not upload malicious content, misuse invitations or automate requests to evade usage limits. Features and availability may change; export your records regularly. We may restrict abusive use. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
